 My son, keep your father's commandment, and forsake not your mother's teaching. Proverbs 6:20  Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine. Proverbs 3:9-10  Blessed is the one who finds wisdom, and the one who gets understanding, for the gain from her is better than gain from silver and her profit better than gold. She is more precious than jewels, and nothing you desire can compare with her. Proverbs 3:13-15  Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it. Proverbs 3:27 Have you read Proverbs Chapter 3 today? These passages stood out to me and make sense.
Proverbs 3:9-10 Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine. We honor God with all He has given us and He will increase it and never let us lack, but we do not honor the money or provision. We do not seek money or provision, we seek God first. We seek wisdom, to know God, and understanding rather than wealth. Proverbs 3:13-15 Blessed is the one who finds wisdom, and the one who gets understanding, for the gain from her is better than gain from silver and her profit better than gold. She is more precious than jewels, and nothing you desire can compare with her. How do we honor God with our wealth and assure that our money is not more important than The Lord? Proverbs 3:27 says, “Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it.”  if you seek it like silver and search for it as for hidden treasures, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God. Proverbs 2:4-5  If you turn at my reproof, behold, I will pour out my spirit to you; I will make my words known to you. Proverbs 1:23  Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life.
