Crab Rangoon Dip
Ingredients:
· 2 cups crab meat
· 16 oz. cream cheese, softened (may substitute with fat free Greek yogurt, strained through a cheese cloth)
· ½ cup sour cream
· 4 green onions, chopped
· 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
· 2 TBS powdered sugar
· ½ TBS garlic
· ½ TBS lemon juice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. Combine all ingredients except crab
3. Stir or mix until smooth
4. Stir in crab
5. Bake for 30 minutes
Serve with fried wontons
