INGREDIENTS:
3 cans red beans
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 large onion, chopped
½ cup cider vinegar
1 stick butter
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400
Sauté onion and green pepper in butter
Add remaining ingredients
Pour into buttered casserole dish
Bake for 45 minutes
