Pumpkin Pie Croissants
Ingredients:
· 2 tubes crescent rolls
· 4 oz cream cheese
· 1 can pumpkin (not pie filling) or 2 cups pumpkin puree
· 2 tbsp. and 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
· 4 tbsp. and 4 tbsp. sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Beat together Cream cheese, 2 tbsp. pumpkin, spice and 4 tbsp, sugar till fluffy
3. Unroll crescents rolls
4. Fill each crescent with large spoonful of pumpkin mixture and roll up
5. Mix remaining sugar and spice together
6. Sprinkle over rolls
7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until browned
