Fantastic Fudge

The Christmas season brings tons of chances to make and share goodies and sweets together. Here is a simple fudge recipe that is fantastic to bring to parties, give as gifts, and enjoy at home.

Fantastic Fudge

Ingredients:

  ·         3 cups sugar

·         ¾ cup butter

·         6 oz evaporated milk

·         12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate pieces

·         1 jar marshmallow crème (7 oz)

·         1 cup chopped nuts of your choice

·         1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1.      combine sugar, butter, and milk in saucepan

2.      bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly

3.      boil 5 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly

4.      remove from heat

5.      stir in chocolate pieces until melted

6.      stir in marshmallow crème, nuts and vanilla

7.      pour into 13 x 9 pan and cool

8.      cut into squares and serve
