INGREDIENTS:
· 1-2 lbs. of white Irish potatoes, peeled and cubed
· 6 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
· 1 large onion, chopped
· ½ cup pickles, chopped
· 1 cup mustard
· 1 cup mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil potatoes until fork tender about 10-15 minutes
2. Drain and cool
3. Combine all ingredients
4. Refrigerate
