Biscuits
INGREDIENTS:
· 1 cup all-purpose flour
· 2 tsp. baking powder
· ¼ tsp. salt
· ¼ cup butter
· ¼ cup and 2 tbsp. milk
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat Oven to 450ºF
2. In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt
3. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
4. Add milk and mix until dough forms ball
5. Turn on lightly floured surface, knead 5-6 times
6. Roll out to approx. ½ inch thick
7. Use biscuit cutter or iced tea glass to form biscuits
8. Place on greased baking sheet
9. Bake at for 8-11 minutes until golden brown
