Corn Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
· 2 cans white corn
· 1 cup cream
· Salt and pepper to taste
· ½ stick butter
· 2 tbsp. flour
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF
2. In a small saucepan melt butter
3. Stir in flour
4. Stir in cream
5. Add corn
6. Add salt and pepper to tase
7. Pour into buttered casserole dish
8. Bake for 30-40 minutes
